How are companies handling phone systems and VoIP systems?
Our company is small but has branch locations. We currently have a VoIP phone system but we can't seem to have a good integration with our headquarters. And we seem to constantly have issues with the software and hardware. What are other companies using for phone systems? Any recommendations?

VoIP phone system integration especially with multiple software and hardware vendors can be a nightmare. You might have to look at upgrading a good resource for more information would be http://bit.ly/xkdYbW but you can search there for more appropriate information.

What VoIP system do you currently have? What specific issues are you having?

I would recommend looking at a hosted VoIP provider that brings in the circuits to all your locations, so that you are able to establish a MPLS network that will enable your company to have 4 digit dialing between all locations.
