Hi Lauren,
There are a couple of basic pricing models that Web Conferencing services are priced around;
1) a pence-per-minute (PPM) model: you get billed per minute that you use the service
2) named-user licence: you pay £30+ per month for unlimited usage of web conferencing.

There are alot of free trials around; InterCall offer's free trials of the big-3 (Microsoft, Cisco, and Unified Meeting) - http://bit.ly/gOj9UB

Ashley is correct with the two basic pricing models but there are other services available at much less than £30 per month.

I'm a developer at Yuuguu (http://www.yuuguu.com) and we offer unlimited Web Conferencing for £14 per month or £59 for the whole year.
