How can a 2-way radio system help my business?

My company is rapidly expanding and we've recently signed the lease on two storage warehouses to help keep up with demand. Rather than pay for a phone system in these warehouses, I was considering investing in a 2-way radio system. What do you think? Is this a good alternative?

There is a nice compromise you can reach. If you purchase the right equipment you can get the best of both worlds. A company I have worked closely with in the past called Tedio allows you to link Motorola 2-way radios into a phones system. With that you can have the ability to place and receive phone calls from the radio but also have the extended range that the radios provide for use within the warehouse. Normal phones generally won't have the range and quality of reception that the radios can achieve, but the link to the phone system can be extremely valuable when trying to talk to managers or others who are only available by phone. It can save costly cell phone bills that sometimes occurs when the telephone based conversations are required. If you need more info feel free to give me a buzz or contact Teldio directly and let them know I sent you there way.
