A quick solution is to make sure the agents turn their PCs off at night. You can even hook them into power strips and turn those off to ensure all electrical current is stopped.
Let the agents work from home a couple of days a week. You can not only save on green house gases by decreasing the number of day the agents have to commute, you are provide some stress relief to the agents. With remote agents, your real estate needs decrease, requiring you to heat, cool, and light a smaller space. Also, if you are looking to add or change one or more of your applications, look into hosted services. Hosted services relieved your company from the requirement of powering one or more servers and places that requirement onto the hosting company, which creates economies of scale by sharing servers between clients.

How many servers and PC's do you have?
If you have a large number of servers that are running at less than 15% capacity you are a candidate to virtualize your servers and consolidate. That will save on quite a bit of electricity.
Printer management is another way to go. There are applications out there which will eliminate unnecessary printing. That alone can save a few trees!
Electronic storage of documents vs. paper-based files and binders is a savings in forests, as well as shelving costs, space allocated to tangible records, etc. You can also recycle electronic tapes for reuse and to purge them of data for security purposes.
Having healthful food and exercise in the data center is also important for health of your employees. People spend more hours at work than at home, and workplace health makes a major impact on prevention of chronic diseases, as well as productivity, mood and reduction of health insurance costs.
