How can I teach my sales staff customer relation skills?
My sales team needs to improve how they relate to customers. But I'm not sure how I can teach them these essential interpersonal skills. Any ideas?

I've been using a great tool for training employees on just about any subject including customer relations. The site is www.dailysuccessstream.com. Along with the wealth of educational material available, I find the search tool most helpful. I can simply search for "customer relations", for example, and it will guide me to several excellent video presentations on the subject that I can use or that I can have my employee access directly.
