Stephen, I didn't read that article, but it sounds interesting. I suppose the main topic is for system to know some answers to seemingly simple questions:
1. what information does every user needs?
2. when he/she need them?
3. in what form would a user recieve information?
I can imagine some sort of AI that will have access to profiles of all employees and all data. Then it will intelligently distribute right data to right person on right time.
