How do Energy and Gas companies hire in Germany and where do they find new engineers?
Hi everybody, I'm writing an educational research paper related to the economics of hiring with a decreasing population. My study focuses on gas power generation engineers (mechanical, electrical, chemical and civil) within the German environment. I'm looking to understand how these types of specialized employees are hired (hiring process used, job-recruiting companies and best sources for new talents and experienced talents).

I run a group on LinkedIN, called Linked Energy. I see a lot of oil and gas firms use that method to post jobs and review candidates. So, if you are a job seeker, or an employer, that might be one area to look at.
