How do I send newletters by email?
I have created a PDF newsletter that I want to start sending to my clients on a monthly basis. Aside from using my personal email account and BCC'ing everyone, how else can I send out email newsletters? Any suggestions on something that is low cost and easy to use?

You can use an email marketing company such as Constant Contact (http://www.constantcontact.com/email-marketing/index.jsp) or Mail Chimp (http://www.mailchimp.com). They are pretty affordable depending on your budget and offer a free trial. How big is your database? Some companies charge based number of recipients.
The one thing that stands out to me is that you are sending a PDF of your newsletter. Sending attachments is not ideal for email marketing. Users are less likely to open an attachment and spam filters may catch your email. The above email marketing companies offer free HTML templates that you can customize. Sending an HTML version of your newsletter is a better user experience.

I think you shouldn't screw up your ip's or blacklist your server coz pdf's weigh a lot and many emails sent by you will end up in junk/spam folder of recipient's mailbox.(Most of the major isp's does this to happen). If you want your email to be in recipient's inbox then you need lot of fresh ips and fresh servers who are not listed as email marketing companies. Should you be sending lot of emails with attachments on a monthly basis then i would be glad to suggest you the best way. contact me christina.mckay@gmx.com
