How do you handle 'holiday' decor?
Is it all or nothing? I had an employee voice conern over secular decorations that offended their faith-based holiday beliefs. We allow all employees to decorate their areas as they wish (and we have a very diverse workplace), but should we ban holiday decor altogether because of this one complaint?

No! of course not! Why Should the majority of employees suffer because of one person? Freedom of religion goes both ways -- ironically though 90% of American's don't think that Xmas is a religious holiday anyways, but one of community.
I guess offense can go both ways.. individuals who want to practice xmas can be offended that someone is offended..
We can't please everyone.. and we shouldn't have to..
