How does a SaaS company expand from local to global market? What are the "best" channel options?
We are a SaaS company and have customers in India. Now we are looking to expand to other parts of the world but are still a small company so do not have funds to open offices in various cities.

You don't need to open physical offices in the United States or Europe. You do need to have some form of sales presence though. If you are willing to compensate to US standards then many options will expose themselves...
One word "Distribution" identify and contract with the right distribution channels / partners in the countries you are targeting. They already have their own network set up. You still need to dedicate a sales rep, but have them work closely with your international partners.
