I'm a definite work-in-progress. I like your list of objectives though! Any leader would do well to incorporate those broad goals into their management style.

Excellent list. One item I've found is if someone walks around telling others they're a great leader more times than not they're not a good leader. Good leaders don't have to tell others they're good leaders because it shows in the people they lead and the actions they achieve.
Leadership is seen in the actions and results of those you lead, not in what you say or do yourself.

Interesting mix of leadership and Leadership values. There is a difference between the two types of leaders and most people do mix them up.

Leadership (that's with the capital "L") is about creating and promoting a vision.
leadership (that's with a lowercase "l") is more managerial in nature.

Leaders often don't need to have leadership skills; but leaders should have Leadership skills.
