How have you kept your interview process fresh?
I don't like asking the same 'What are your strengths/weaknesses' type questions in an interview. Candidates see them coming and all you get are canned, opinionated answers. I tend to ask 'How have you responded to ____' kinds of questions and have had better success getting to know them. What kinds of tactics do you employ to make sure that you get beneficial answers and insight into your candidates? What questions do you like to ask? How do you keep recruiting from getting monotonous?
