Professionals and skilled labor have not been sparred in the labor cuts. Therefore, businesses that are willing and able to hire seem to be in a good position with regards to the high unemployment. These businesses have a larger pool to choose from and, in many cases, are able to acquire more qualified employees than they could have been able to afford a couple of years ago. Thank you.
