How important is inventory management in the face of the recent recession?

I think inventory management is very important. Good inventory management helps your business cut costs, increase efficiency and keep customers happy. There's no substitute.

In the recession, people started reducing their extravagant lifestyles and seeking deals on products and services. You can adapt to these changes by using inventory management software to give them the service they expect for a price they're willing to pay.
