How to Optimize Flash Website in terms of Page-Load Speed?
If I want to optimize my website to decrease page-load Speed and web page visibility in Google, then what are the aspects i can look for.
Generally, I found that Bing likes Flashy sites but Google Doesn't that much.

Are good optimizations to do for any type of website.

yes michael, you are absolutely correct...thats what i am talking about....many mobile device not support flash website(i think non..according to me). Is there any way to do so or we have to create separate mobile Website and do Mobile SEO for that....

I don't have a specific answer to your question, but would caution you to remember that as more and more people access Web sites via smartphones and other handheld devices, many of these (notably the Apple iPhone) do NOT (yet?) support Flash at all. It may be that by delivering Web pages accessible to non-Flash users, you may improve page load speeds for all...
