We are in the process of developing a tool for sales professionals (and others focussed on revenue) to listen to their prospects, customers, partners, etc. across all media types: published articles, blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Jigsaw and so on.
It's our belief that if we enable our users to listen then the ONLY thing for us to do is to listen to that group of folks.
