Human Resource or Risk Management software application(s).
Is anyone aware of a "human capital risk prevention system" that will provide senior executives with an early warning decision support tool to address HR risk in its earliest stage? We seek a way to systematically track and predict where problems might occur anywhere in the company, and flag them well before they become costly issues. This transparency thus created enables a company to identify ineffective managers and workers at an early stage, and helps management take steps to improve their performance. We are seeking a tool that allows management to identify (in real-time) and be proactive to prevent costly employee problems from escalating. The kinds of worker issues we seek to be proactive on are: absence management, turnover, grievences, training, hiring mistakes and workers’ compensation and civil claim cost. We also would like the application help us to retain our high value employees.

Hi Glenn,
JCAD Risk Management software may be able to help you. The software is an Enterprise wide system so you can contain all your organisation's risks in the one system. You can set up departments, organisational objectives, goals, projects etc and relate risks to them. This means you could specifically address HR risks and be able to view them independently of other risks or view them as part of the whole organisation. You would even be able to link HR risks to areas of your corporate plan or to a particular project if desired. The system is web based so everything can be done in real time and you can access the system anywhere with an Internet connection.
If you would like a demo you can contact jcad@jcad.com or you can find out more information on the JCAD website www.jcad.com
I hope this information is of use and good luck with your search!
