This depends highly on a few factors. Are you going to a hosted private cloud and looking for the per month per GB cost? Or are you building a private cloud and looking for the initial build cost of the storage to calculate TCO?
The price of storage can vary wildly depending on the read/write speeds you require, the RAID type configurations, and the system IOPS that are needed.
I can get you some very rough ideas if you let me know if you are looking for the hosted per month costs or building a private solution that you own.
