Where can you buy wholesale or discounted laptops for a
school?”
I work for a school district and we’ve decided to issue laptop computers to students starting in the 8th grade. Where can you purchase discounted laptops for educational use? Are there any specific companies that work with schools directly? We’re not sure if we’re going to go Apple or PC, but are interested in evaluating companies based on who will work with our district.

Apple offers special discounted pricing for schools. You can find the information on the right side of their homepage I believe. Dell has an outlet that has reduced prices - good deals - on laptops. The Dell outlet is also on accesible via their normal website. You can also check out a company called TIG - Technology Integration Group - in San Diego, CA that sells hardware to schools. I have no affiliation with any of these companies but have purchased from both Dell Outlet and Apple's education program.

Thank you for your advice. I will check out TIG for sure. I've explored Apple a bit, but I haven't come across anything. Maybe I'm trying to dig a little too deep. Thanks again for your response.
