We are using "Callserve" for our international calls wich is a prepaid online service for international calls. I appreciate if you can share me your experience regarding online prepaid international calls services.

Actually we have switched to MSN IM for almost all of our international calls, as it is a great way to conference at very little cost, the cosst we do incure is added security measures as it is a 'public' forum. On the other hand as it is so public, we now have a much more customer friendly appearence as they can contact us simply by 'adding' us to their messenger lists. Also it automaticly gives us an active email address for that client, and no misdirected emails that end up in the 'junk' box as people on their 'friend' list automaticly have acceptance directly to their inbox. IM also provides our offices in different states faster and easier access as they can collaborate at the click of a mouse& have the face to face conversations that build team cohesion.
Oh and by the way, we have been using MSN IM to sell direct to customers and for customer service since 2004. Our switch from an international call line to the IM format was brought on by the global economy, and demand from other businesses to find an alternative to their international calling bills. With the new advent of Bing, and it's ability for us to share information 'instantly' plus of course white board and file share...it was an obvious choice for keeping our international customers and suppliers happy...and who would not be happy with completely cutting out that international calling bill?
I either use Skype or MagicJack to make long distance calls that start in the USA.
