potentially yes, I'm waiting to evaluate Samsung tablet (Galaxy-Tab based on Android) to verify which platform is more convenient for business (iPad doesn't seems to be so business-ready, lack of USB, micro-SIM, no camera, no multitasking and no flash)
We have just completed a 2 week test of the iPad for various clients in different situations and came away realizing that it was lacking alot of things to be a true player in the business market. They are ideal for consumption of content, not creation. The lack of camera and ties to the market for installation of software were the 2 biggest knocks on the devices, though I am not sure the 2nd factor is going to be fixed with an Android device. I am also concerned that with Android they are hoking their wagons to the same cellular horses that iPad has and requiring contracts for most of the devices. I read somewhere that the Android market requires a 3G connection and not WIFI, but I have not confirmed that.
