Although we didn't end up launching the campaign, Kwanzoo helped us prepare a project for a major auto company. They were super responsive and helpful. I'm definitely looking forward to using their platform soon.

I used Kwanzoo last year. As a Web Designer/Developer I can say that they have some very easy-to-use tools on their website. You just go there, build the survey as you want, grab the final code and then do the famous copy and paste into your site, email, blog... It works great!
Their survey program is awesome and give you some live stats as you campaign runs, it's flexible and friendly. You can also incorporate any designs you want around it and make it look exactly they way you want.
2 Thumbs Up!

We evaluated Kwanzoo late last year and did not get the conversions. Our conversion rate with banner ads worked better in a few ads when compared to the Kwanzoo widgets. But the widget engagement increased by a few points.
So, I would not say this would be a Social Media's Nightmare!
Also, to be honest, did not like the cumbersome way to develop the widget. Need their help to develop the widget!
We tried WidgetBox and are going with them.
