With the launch of Google +1. Does it have any affect on SEO?

if you have more +1 you will surely goes up and if you are using Google+ this will make a big diff as per below (taken from http://www.google.com/webmasters/+1/button/)

yes to stop the spammers (to stop the click frauds in other words) google will use ip address, CTR normalisation and other variables. I am more interested as to how google+ would be beneficial for the businesses and when the thing will go worldwide, the power of network across the google will come handy. So brace yourself.
