What do you recommend for a good, low cost CRM solution that integrates with Quickbooks?
We are using QB enterprise and ACT as a contact managment, an online database for Support and marketing. We are looking for one package that can tie it all together.

Depending on your situation and specific needs, you might be interested to learn about the partnership between Salesforce.com and Intuit. While more formal details are expected tomorrow, from the tone of what information's available, the strategic partnership between Salesforce and Intuit may help you to "tie it all together" quite seamlessly in the near future.
Included a link to a recent WSJ blog below. Here's an excerpt;
"They plan to offer a Web-based application based on Salesforce.com technology that will be sold through Intuit’s App Center for users of QuickBooks, a program used to manage the finances of 4.5 million small businesses, Intuit said. The application, due out this summer, will be integrated with QuickBooks, presenting businesses’ accounting data and sales and customer-account information together [...]"

Integration is definitely a key ingredient in any set of tools, and it's unfortunate to see so many companies try to manage themselves through a mix of systems that don't properly integrate.
There's lots of jumping back and fourth, double entry, different data for the same item (aka errors) among other things. That's why integration at the core is seeing much more attention, as getting a consolidated solution that does everything your business needs is ultimately much more effective than trying to integrate a mix of systems (not to mention it costs less).
Wait till summer when Intuit and Salesforce will have something for QuickBooks customers...
Hi Michael,
A Twitter follower, @tomekmaszka, suggested Blue Camroo as an option for you. I looked up his profile, and sure enough, he's CEO of the company, but they do seem to have some of the functionality that you're looking for. Including Quickbooks integration and project/ task management.
Also, Zoho is a very strong yet inexpensive CRM that's great for small businesses. It offers a lot of different functionalities, including integration with Quickbooks (See: http://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-CRM-QuickBooks-Integration.html). You might want to check that one out too.
Best of luck!

Look at Sugar CRM. Their is a free open source community edition. I have found it to be very flexible and extensible.
You can go for ACT CRM software as well..as it is highly recommended and easy to manage software. And many companies hosting it at very affordable prices and gives full security to your data and with rolling data backup. And also they provide you with 24*7 tech support so that you are always secure and carefree. You can check with this link:

I use Zoho CRM (not Quickbooks). They integrate with QuickBooks, so may be worth to give it a try.
