Both are good systems and can provide much of what is needed in a SMB space, another question to ask is capex or opex? With my customers in the SMB space Hosted Voice is a very cost effective solution without the CAPEX which helps not only in saving money in hardware costs, but also in MAC'a and maintenance costs as well as a FTE or PTE.
