I need venture capitalists but don't know where to search for them..please help me?
I own a software firm named Quad-E Infotech. I have certain ideas which i want to implement but i have certain financial requirements but can't raise enough money. So I am in search of a venture capitailist..I searched for it on google but couldn't get much idea..please do help me about where to search and how to approach them and what all do i need to get prepared before approaching them.

Where are you located? I'm aware that many VCs and angels like to support local businesses. It often gives them a warm fuzzy feeling. Check with your local Chamber of commerce, perhaps even call your state government or visit their web-site.
For example; If you're in Central Ohio, TechColumbus.org might be a good place to get started.
Google searches will give you an over-load of information. Keep it local, and check references. The VC world is scary!
