In the next 5 years where do you see the inactive users of social media for B2B purposes?
Do you see that percentage of inactive businesses decreasing greatly, because they have found that they HAVE to adopt a social networking marketing strategy to keep up with competition?

As Peter Burris indicated in yesterday's webinar, there aren't too many "inactive" users- only 17%. In five years I expect this number to virtually disappear. The real question is how will social marketing evolve to reach these active users? We're already seeing signs that marketing will reach you where you are when you want and need it. With geo-location capabilities the "Minority Report" shopping experience is coming- if not to a store near you then it will certainly be on your cellphone, iPad or other hand held device.
