Daniel: Anything by my colleague Kim Dushinksi (http://mobilemarketingprofits.com/) is worth reading as well. Kim is considered by many as a mobile marketing pioneer. She started talking about mobile marketing before it entered the mainstream conversation.

My suggestion is that book "earn twice as much with half the stress". This book includes chapters about attraction marketing, sales etc.
