Outsource to western Europe? Not a contradiction.
I always thought that outsourcing can only be realized in countries like India, China, Phillipines and so. But as I found out, outsourcing is not only about the lowest labor costs (see this article: http://outsourceportfolio.com/outsourcing-challenge-germany/ ) but also about availability of qualified staff, or quality of infrastructure. Any ideas on types of services, that can be outsourced into wester world countries like EU, or USA ?

I agree with your thoughts to some extent but overall we find that still it is more sensible from business perspective to outsource in developing countries like India and China.
