Hi Charlie,

Which SFA system are you currently using? There are some, "bolt on," applications available that can help boost the functionality of your existing system. If that option proves too expensive, or not effective, then you also might want to look into possibly implementing a full CRM tool that encompasses SFA and customer service into one package.
