SEO Keyword Search Tool?
Aside from Google's keyword tool, what other search tools do you use to find keywords for SEO purposes? Is it useful to use different tools to find keywords, or is one better off by sticking to Google?

There are a million tools for keyword research ranging from the popular tools like Google's External Keyword Tool, their search-based tool, Microsoft Adcenter tools, and Wordtracker all the way to the other side of the spectrum where you have tools to "spy" on what your competitors are focusing on. None of them are gospel. Each should be used to help paint a picture.
Check out wordstream.com
They have a great keyword tool (both paid and free)
Also check out the social media monitoring space. Ice Rocket, Social Mention, Google Alerts, Alterian-SM2, all have free offerings. Gives you deeper, richer context than straight keyword tools typically do.
http://www.wordtracker.com/
Great tools here too, both free and paid. Very interesting the keyword suggestions and keyword question.
Google's wonderwheel is pretty good, however (though it takes a bit of time) I've found it very useful to reverse engineer a keyword list by analyzing your most successful competitor's keywords. Here are two ways that I've tried: BOTH need Firefox. Go to competitor's site, command F will let you view their site's HTML, often times you can find keywords there. You can also input their address into rankchecker (go to seobook.com to download.) They have a video that shows you how to use this extremely handy FREE tool to view rank & successful keyword terms. Keywordenvy.com is also great.
Have to be honest - google tends to be the benchmark for it. There are a number of others, both free and paid for, but they will all feed into / use google as a benchmark.
Not sure if that helps, but message me if it doesn't or if i can help any other way. At my last company I brought up the SEO / PPC presence from essentially nothing, so happy to help...
I have tried a number of keyword tools. Wordze, Keyword Spy, SEOrush, and Spyfu, Microsoft Ad Center Labs are the most recent. I like Keyword Spy and Spyfu because of their ease of use; though Microsoft's Ad Center Labs Keyword Forecaster probably comes closest to Google trends in terms of resemblance.
Ultimately, what's best for you will depend upon your campaign goals.
