Should I rent or buy space?
I have a distribution company and we are running out of space in our warehouse. This economy, however, is making me a bit nervous, so I wanted to know what is better financially right now in terms of buying or renting extra space. What do you suggest?

That depends on your financial strength of your business. First of all, would the business qualify? If not, then answered solved. As far as buying space, I think this is the BEST time to buy. Rates are at an all time low. Buying property during this time of bad economic times is the time to get a great deal on properties for sale.
