I wish I new, right now everything keeps me up at night. If I'm not worried about something, then I'm day dreaming about what could be. I'll let you know when I get some more business and can really see where things are going. Kimberly
Over the years in small business consulting I have polled thousands of clients to find the answer to this question.
"Trying to balance being the best employee and President all at the same time."
Given the current economic climate, I would say soft demand. Looks like it's getting better but not fast enough.
My biggest challenge is finding staff that fill in my shoes. That is really more of an issue with me rather than them but when the client gets frustrated with the staff performance I hear it. So being flexible enough to give the staff room to grow but also deliver the best quality results - that is a tough balance for me.
I'm constantly caught between planning and execution.
Where to start? However, I will answer the question properly! My biggest concer is the shift in our target market. Is their business model obsolete? Will they be knocked out by global transportation companies - and subsequently we are marketing tho the wrong audience? My second worry is our pricing strategy.
There are solutions to these complex problems. Please see my website for affordable alternatives to these worries:
