Hi Ralph: "cloud computing system". Not sure what you mean. I have not yet seen cloud that will prvide CRM, ERP, word, excel, accounting, HR, payroll from one company yet! (I could be wrong) you can subscribe to different clouds vendors, but not yet from ONE provider. Depending how many employees you have, it may be a good idea to host your email either with Google or Microsoft. With Google you get more features such as google doc, document library, sharing and permission, group calendars (MS has that) and more good tools. As far as the other software, CRM, ERP, accounting, SAGE may be a good fit (http://www.accpaconline.com/). I sgguest that you ask for a 30 day demo to go over their product and see if it fits your company. I hope I was able to answer some of your questions. Thanks
