I have come across an interesting consulting project. My client is into software products business and he wants to appoint distributors across the world. His main concern is the license management. He wants to develop/acquire a product which would facilitate his:1. License Tracking (Customer, Modules, Users, Con-current Users, Activation, De-activation) 2. Customer Management (Contact Details, AMC etc) 3. Partner Management (No. of Licenses sold, Commissions, Targets, Training) Experts! can you please recommend some good softwares to look at? Can you please also let me know the best practices to follow?
