Hi Matt,
Our company uses Oracle ERP and is implementing Min/Max planning out of the box. Our intent is to adopt more functionality in the future.
Our biggest concern for end users was and will be education and training. We are paying slose attention to these needs and are using UPK and Tutor. I believe you are looking for answers to inform a choice of system. Which ever system you choose. Please plan sufficient time and resources for education and training. Best Wishes
