Unless you are very, very good at taxes and understand your situation very well, USE A CPA!!!
I have a heavy finance and accounting background and I won't go near my business taxes. I have a CPA who has prepard the return for years.
Also if your return gets kicked back by the IRS your CPA is on the hook to tell you why instead of you trying to figure it out.
CPA's save you time, money and worry. USE THEM!!!!
you can also file a form 7004 which extends the filing deadline 6 month to September 15th.
this is particularly helpful if your business undergoes a prior year audit between january and april.
