Text Services - Can anyone tell me how to set one up for my company?
Are there special service groups, like conferencing services, that one can contract with?
Is there special hardware or software needed?
Can Text Messages be recieved in Exchange email accounts?
I am at the very beginning of this new project so I have to learn about it from scratch. Any help is greatly apprecaited.

A bit more information would be handy but, to give quick answers to your questions:
- there are SMS aggregators, who provide interfaces between the mobile operators and those developing SMS services. Which to use (and whether to use one) depends on where you are, and exactly what you're trying to achieve;
- if you use an aggregator, you need no special hardware, although you will need software to do what you want;
- SMS to e-mail is a trivial application.
