Is there any Software / Web solutions, "FOR SALE", out there Similare to Linkedin?

Good day, I am currently investigating several recruitment software solutions for different vendors in preparation of replacing our own built solution. We are looking for solutions to mimic the very same functionality of Linkedin and want to adopt a solution that enables us to further develop and enhance its features to integrate within the fabric of social graph societies and activities with a well built backend solution for harvesting passive candidates. The system we are seeking should be open much like Facebook and Linkedin with regards to adoption of further external application. Also we are looking for the following features if available: 1- Resume parsing module. Encompassing AI and NLP technologies 2- Social collaboration, based on "Friend of a Friend" standards (FOAF). This enables several applications such as : Blogging, Groups, Wiki, Answers, Photos, and work related components such as Experience Certificate documents, Endorsement and Recommendation cycle, Network Calculations based on the number of user connections. 3- Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Enabling recruiters to evaluate and engage passive candidates for recruitment activities. 4- Email Management Solution including Templating, and other email related features. 5- Contact importing / inviting module from Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo Mail. 6- Different user roles: 5 basically as a, Admins, b, Candidates, c, Companies, d, Recruiters e, Training and Education Centers f, As well as other roles to be introduced later on as needed. 7- Very complex Reporting module. We are looking for a system that has the capacity and capability to change how people connect and work together by sharing knowledge and information. Not just listing their resumes and looking for jobs. If you know or heard of anything readily available today on the market within this context, please let me know. We are not asking for an impossible solution, but we are looking to direct our focus on a specific area that would help people interact better in a global business environment.
