There are a load of psychometric tests around- more than I remember. Anyone using them?
Psytech provides software and tests on a surprising number of things, from sales preferences to contact center scenarios to pressure management, and there seems to be a number of other companies (Previsor, Psychtests, etc.) providing them. Clearly there must be a market. Any value to anyone?
