Is there a checklist that will allow me to compare the services and cost of HR outsourcing companies?
I work in a company with roughly 70 employees. We are looking at outsourcing most if not all duties of our HR department. Is there a checklist that will allow me to compare the services and cost of HR outsourcing companies?

While it is possible to find a comparison of general services provided. You will receive generic information at best. The best way to secure an in depth comparison of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, health plans and employee benefits options, risk management and hands on HR assistance would require an actual RFP. This is the only way to secure competitive industry proposals and rates.
The member should perform a company "needs analysis" to identify the services that are important to their organization, and can best be outsourced to a professional 3rd party.

Once you narrow down your search to a few providers that meet your needs you can then contact each of them to get more detailed information.
