Best way to train beginners on SharePoint 2010?
Teaching rank amateurs about SharePoint 2010 is proving to be challenging. I'm just not finding the buy in like there was on 2007. The product is so big now, and trying to break it down to bite size chunks is not as easy as I thought it would be. Is any one else having trouble teaching beginners 2010, or are the any beginners out there battling to get a hold on it? I am really determined to find the perfect formula, but I must admit, I'm battling. I've changed my curriculum a few times now to figure out what works best, but haven't hit the nail on the head yet. I would really appreciate any insights you could share with me.

Well, time solves most things. As did I resolve my own question. :) Formula found after much trial and error.
Get with your IT Dept and scedule a 1 hour Training online. We did this and it really helped.
