Vtiger CRM vs ZOHO CRM?
I'm getting ready to purchase a new CRM system for my company. We want a reliable system with no hidden costs. I read that ZOHO and VTiger CRM are pretty much the same system. Trying to decide which one is right for our company and has the least amount of hidden costs.

As an alternative, you might want to look at Aereus network Tools (ANT). It's easy to implement, and is a full CRM and is easily customized. http://www.aereus.com/ant. This product incudes a CRM, CMS, Live mobile phone air-sync, or Outlook Sync, File Storage and Sync, Programmable 360 Database and analytics.
Jeremy, I have used and implemented both so I would say Zoho is a more flexible and extensible solution for small biz. The hidden costs of both of these systems is hooking them all together to fit your business needs yet our consultants prefer Zoho since it has a very open and easy API so we decided to resell it on our new platform for our SMB'er members:

Vtiger guys used to work at Zoho. They split several years ago, to pursue an open source initiative. One main difference is the hosted version (Zoho), and Open Source (Vtiger).
