Web-based employee attendance software?
I'm looking for a web-based employee attendance software for my construction firm. I want something that is easy to use and easy to deploy, and that can also be accessed via mobile phones (possibly if they have an iPhone/BBerry app?). I'd also like it to track time off requests, and accrued benefits hours. Any suggestions? We are on a pretty tight budget, but are more concerned with finding the right solution than with price.

My favorite is TrackSmart at http://www.tracksmart.com. It's free forever for up to 20 employees (no trial that expires, which is cool), pretty cheap for bigger companies, and you don't have to download anything onto your computer. They also give you advice on different kinds of absences, which is nice.
