We use iApplicants and it is a great tool geared for small-mid sized businesses. I explored many systems (most of the big boys) and found that iApplicants had all of the bells and whistles that I needed at about 35% of the cost of the other systems. Customer service is excellent as are all company folks.

I highly recomment iApplicants!
We are using Sendouts and have been for years. It offers all of the necessary tools for both the sales and recruiting side of the desk. Outlook integration, posting of jobs to major boards and integrating with your website for your career section are some of the best features.
They have many standard reports but are not that flexible from a design your own report perspective. You can have them build custom reports for you for a fee.
Their customer support is very good.
We are also investigating Cats as it is just so inexpensive but we are hesitant to go through a major data transfer and learning curve.
