What are the basics of llc registration?
I want to register my company as an LLC in the state of Missouri. Can anyone out there give me the basics of registering for an LLC? Is it difficult? Are there any websites I should use as a resource?

I obtained LLC for my business on my own (with no prior knowledge of theprocess) and with help from a SCORE mentor. No major fee's besides those to register with the state, etc. I recommend using your local SCORE office (score.org) and they can link you up with a free mentor who can help you through all of the steps.
Legalzoom.com is also good.
