What are the best available "Step by Step" affiliate marketing programs?

In regards to being "newbie" friendly and easy to understand, what are the best programs available to help someone build their own affiliate marketing program from "scratch"? I've explored a couple and have found each one (without exception) has been lacking in one area or another. Almost NONE tell you how long it actually takes to establish, learn how to navigate, and then utilize the many sites that will be required. (I'm speaking of doing traditional marketing with articles, blogs, bookmarking, etc.) Too often it's taken for granted by the "mentor" that his/her student already knows the basics of blogging...or article writing and submission...or social networking.- Is there a better "step by step" (THOROUGH) program available than say... watching individual tutorials on YouTube? Though time consuming, it seems to be the most reliable source. Considering you usually have the ability to cross reference several different postings on the same topic to "filter" out the most accurate and relevant information. -Ken http://www.realaffiliateincome.net/

Check out AnthonyMorrison.com. Many great products with easy to understand step-by-step training, turnkey affiliate sites with pre-established partners and auto-updates, and optional one-on-one coaching.

I have done a little research on Anthony Morrison. Very likable and well spoken young man, great with the "pitch", but I found a large number of complaints about customer service , people not getting their refunds, etc. I've seen too many "red flags" throughout the blogs and forums concerning his program. So far, the most thorough program I have found (in my opinion) has been Jamie Lewis' Wealth in a Box 2.0.
That's not to say that there aren't better or more thorough programs out there, just that I've yet to find one. (Though the search continues)
