What are the best gallery plugins for your website?
Right now I am using Lightbox for my photography galleries. What other cool out of the box plugins are out there? Please provide details.

Assume you're talking about JQuery lightBox - correct?
I've used jAlbum (jalbum.net) quite a lot and have found it to be pretty reliable for a free product. Pretty easy to integrate and a good (getting better over time) album development workbench. Lots of skins (themes). Unfortunately the free version has gone to an ad-based model, so that kind of sucks. But the standard license is only $24 and the commercial license is only $55.
I have used NextGen, but personally I think Wordpress default Gallery with "jQuery Lightbox For Native Galleries" will do your job.
