What are the best mobile devices for SMBs?
I run a small business (only 8 employees), but two people are constantly on the road. What are the best mobile devices for SMBs? I don't want these two employees to have to carry a laptop, a tablet, an external hard drive, and two cell phones. What devices can get the job done?

What do you want your road warriors to be able to accomplish? What systems do you use?
In short, what are your business requirements?
Without any other specifics, you should still be able to accomplish most business productivity activities with just a single laptop and a single smart phone. All of the major smartphone solutions (Android, RIM/Blackberry, Windows Mobile, iPhone) will interoperate well enough with a corporate messaging system that you can pick what works for you and your business on a personal level.
If you have specific requirements, the advice might need to change, but until then, I think you can keep the devices down to two (2) fairly easily.
