What are best practices for driving sales through the channel?
My experience is in direct sales where I can drive the sales process directly with my customers. Now that I am in channels, I feel somewhat disconnected and that I have to rely on others to do the selling for me. How can I drive sales through the channel (for a small company) without simply bugging my partners to try to get them to sell and close deals?
